	Staining and Slithers The image to the left is an example of staining floorboards on a recent project in London. Once stained the boards were then given two coats of commercial quality lacquer to give a fantastic new look to a floor that was looking rather tired and worn. The image to the right shows another floorboard restoration project, this time in Surrey. We filled the gaps in the floor with "slithers" of reclaimed pine flooring before sanding and sealing the floor.
